What our surrogates say:

In March 2024, Michigan’s legislature passed The Assisted Reproduction and Surrogacy Parentage Act, which permits Gestational Surrogacy. The Act does not go into effect until 90 days after the current legislative session ends, likely March 2025. Until then, surrogacy contracts remain illegal and unenforceable in Michigan.

Please note that our website is under construction in light of this new development.

We invite you to revisit our website and contact us once The Act takes effect.

Until the new statute is in place, the old statute remains in effect, under which surrogacy is forbidden and surrogacy contracts are void and criminal in Michigan.
